The Back on Track program, funded by the Gardiner Foundation and the National Centre for Farmer Health, is seeking farming community members from Corangamite, Wellington, and Towong Shires in Victoria to participate in a feasibility trial that will test a peer-guided mental health support model tailored to farming communities.
