Warren brings more than 25 years of experience to his role in the Wellbeing & Counselling team, having worked in the community sector, sales, and in business management. Warren served with Victoria Police for a number of years and has worked with individuals and businesses across Victoria and Southern New South Wales.
Warren spent five and a half years working in disaster recovery, providing complex case management support to communities impacted by bushfires, floods, and landslides across Victoria and New South Wales. During that time, he delivered trauma-informed care to his clients working from a strengths-based approach. Warren is trained in Person-Centred Emergency Preparedness (P-CEP) and has worked extensively in suicide prevention, intervention and postvention. He is dedicated to supporting individuals and families through their wellbeing journey.
Passionate about supporting people across Northeast Victoria, Warren spends much of his time on the road, meeting clients on their farms and in their communities. He delivers care that is confidential, trauma informed and compassionate to the unique challenges of living and working in regional and rural environments
